Article by-डॉक्टर मंजू डागर चौधरी { International Journalist :Ireland} इसे खतरे की घंटी न कहें तो फिर क्या कहें ? आने वाले वक्त में भारतीय फ़ौज के लिए मुश्किलें और भी कठिन होने वाली हैं क्योंकि एक तरफ तो सरहद पार का आतंकवाद दूसरा कश्मीर के अंदर के जेहादी ग्रुप्स और अब ये तुर्की से आने वाली नई मुसीबत। तुर्की के राष्ट्रपति जो खुद को मुस्लिम दुनिया का ख़लीफ़ा बनाने में लगे पड़े हैं और इसके लिए वो किस सीमा तक जा सकते हैं ये सोच कर ही हैरानी हो रही है। खलीफा बनना भी है तो मुस्लिमों का ही न लेकिन हमारे देश भारत पर आँखें क्यों गड़ाये बैठे हैं ये। मैंने कुछ दिन पहले भी एक आर्टिकल में लिखा था कि हमारे कश्मीर में काफी तुर्किश मुस्लिम भी रहते हैं। क्यों रहते हैं,कब से रहते हैं ये सोचने और खोजने वाली बात है।
ऐसा तो हो नहीं सकता की किसी भी भारतीय सरकार को ये पता न हो कि ये कब यहाँ आये और यहीं क्यों रहने लगे?? देश के किसी बाकि हिस्से में ये क्यों नहीं गए। दूसरी अहम् बात तुर्की के राष्ट्रपति रेचप तैयप एर्दोगन का पाकिस्तान प्रेम हमसे या किसी अन्य देश से छिपा हुआ तो कतई नहीं है। सयुंक्त राष्ट्र संघ के मंच से भी वो कश्मीर पर पाकिस्तान का साथ देते हुए भारत को घेरने की कोशिश करते रहे हैं और अन्य जगह भी। अभी हाल ही में ग्रीस के जाने -माने पत्रकार और ग्रीस की न्यूज वेबसाइट Pentapostagma के एडिटर- इन – चीफ एंड्रियास माउंटजौरौली ने अपनी एक रिपोर्ट में दावा किया है कि एर्दोगन पाकिस्तान की सहायता के लिए कश्मीर में सीरिया के विद्रोही आतंकियों को भेजने की योजना पर काम कर रहा है। इसके लिए तुर्की के अधिकारियों ने कई आतंकी गुटों से बात भी की है।
ग्रीस की अपनी न्यूज़ वेबसाइट https://www.pentapostagma.gr में प्रकाशित अपने आर्टिकल में एंड्रियास माउन्टजौरौली लिखते हैं कि सीरिया नेशनल आर्मी मिलिशिया के सुलेमान शाह ब्रिगेड्स के कमांडर मुहम्मद अबू इम्सा ने अभी हाल ही में अपने मिलिशिया सदस्यों से कहा है कि तुर्की अपने यहाँ से कुछ यूनिट्स कश्मीर में तैनात करना चाहता है। सभी जानते हैं कि सुलेमान शाह ब्रिगेड्स को तुर्की का खुला समर्थन है , जिसका उत्तरी सीरिया के अफरीन जिले पर नियंत्रण हैं।

My First question: Is Erdoğan and pakistan alliance will create more threat to India ?
Mr . Andreas – Turkey has been supporting Pakistan in general against India and in particular over the Kashmir issue.
Turkey first raised the issue of Kashmir at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in September 2019. When Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Pakistan in February 2020, he again spoke about Kashmir.
Turkey’s support to Pakistan over Kashmir is in part an attempt to counter Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia and Turkey are rivals in the Muslim world. By backing Pakistan, Turkey hopes that Islamabad will side with Ankara and move away from Saudi Arabia.
Analysts also gauge that Turkey may have other calculations from Pakistan – nuclear weapons. Turkey has been seeking nuclear weapons since the 1960s, and though it is a signatory to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty (NPT) Erdogan has not made it secret that he does not accept any constraints imposed on Turkey by nuclear powers. In this regard, Pakistan automatically becomes important to any plans that Turkey may have of going nuclear.
Greece Strengthens Ties with India to Counter Turkey-Pakistan Alliance —
The situation in the eastern Mediterranean has been tense with Turkey and Greece involved in a dispute over energy exploration rights and maritime boundaries in the area. The two neighbours have been wrangling over military games in the region despite both being part of the NATO alliance.
With Turkey’s increased bonhomie with its iron brother Pakistan in recent times, Greece is exploring an alliance of its own. Although supported by many European nations in its maritime disputes with Turkey, Greece is reaching out to a new player in the new global power tussle – India.
India can serve as a valuable partner for Greece, with the emerging South Asian country’s immense economic and military clout, and most importantly, its historic animosity with Pakistan – makes it a match made in heaven.
Second question — Is they army man or militants which is ready to sending by Turkey to Kashmir India ?
Mr. Andreas– According to *ANF website. the commander of the SNA militia “Sulayman Shah Brigades”, Muhammed Abu Amsha, announced five days ago to members of his militia in the occupied city of Şiyê near Afrin that the Turkish state wanted to relocate some units to Kashmir. He explained that Turkish officers had asked him and other SNA commanders to list names of volunteers. Those who would agree to go would get $2,000 initially. Sources report that there was similar recruitment activity for a Kashmiri operation in Azaz, Jarablus, Bab and Idlib. The volunteers would then be secretly taken out of the country.
Third question – What is SNA militia and Turkey’s international mercenary army ?
Mr. Andreas — Throughout the Syrian civil war, the Free Syrian Army (FSA) has been the armed opposition group mostly aligned with – and most dependent on – Turkey. Turkey hosted the FSA’s initial military headquarters, facilitated collaboration among FSA field commanders, welcomed supportive Western/Gulf representatives in the early stages of the war,[9] and launched a ‘train and equip programme’ in 2014 for vetted fighters to accelerate the overthrow of the Assad regime, together with the US.
After 2015, when Turkey shifted to its strategy of containing the PYD-led Syrian Kurds by creating buffer zones in northern Syria, it used FSA groups as irregular forces in its hybrid military operations: Operation Euphrates Shield, 2016; Operation Olive Branch, 2018; and Operation Peace Spring, 2019. These groups were renamed as the Syrian National Army (SNA). Turkey supplies the SNA with training, salaries and weapons in exchange for its participation in Turkish military operations in and outside of its buffer zones. On balance, it is fair to say that Turkey has come to control the SNA after a period of centralizing and restructuring the force.
From Nagorno-Karabakh to Libya
Turkey has been sending Syrian combatants to support Azerbaijan amid the escalating fighting with Armenia over the region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Thousands of Syrians from the Syrian National Army (SNA), the main umbrella group for Turkey-backed Syrian armed groups, are alleged to have gone to fight in Nagorno-Karabakh in return for financial incentives.
Months ago, Turkey sent in Syrian fighters-for-hire to Libya to support the pro-Turkey government of Libyan Prime Minister Fayez Al-Sarraj.
It is unknown how many Syrians are fighting in Libya, even though Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has admitted that there are Syrians alongside Turkish troops in Libya supporting Al-Sarraj, Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord (GNA) in Tripoli.
The GNA is fighting against troops led by Khalifa Haftar, commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA). Erdogan said the Syrian fighters were training troops and that Ankara had signed an agreement for security and military training at the request of the Libyan GNA.

सूत्रों के हवाले से ये भी पता चला है कि अबू इम्सा ने कहा है कि तुर्की के अधिकारी सीरिया के अन्य गिरोहों से भी उन लोगो के नाम मांग रहें हैं जो कश्मीर जाना चाहते हैं। अबू इम्सा ने ये भी कहा कि कश्मीर जाने वाले आतंकियों को तुर्की की तरफ से 2000 डॉलर की राशि भी दी जाएगी। कमांडर ने अपने गिरोह को ये भी बताया कि कश्मीर उतना ही पहाड़ी इलाका है जितना आर्मीनिया का नार्गोनो काराबाख है।
